Glenn Beck: I had to wear a bullet proof vest on stage last night

In my opinion this is one of Beck’s best monologues in a while. He tells the story of a psychic calling in ahead of time saying that someone was going to attempt to shoot him on stage last night and the gun was already in the building. He got vested up and went out on stage anyway, knowing full well that his life could be on the line.

I’m sure this is fairly common among ultra famous types of his caliber, but that doesn’t make his story any less compelling. What brought the story home was the fact that his wife was there and she had to bid him good luck knowing full well what he was going out to face. That can’t be an easy thing to do.
