Rep. Dreir challenged Rep. Slaughter on probably the most valid point today, that the Senate bill with all of it’s bribes will become law and that there is no guarantee that the reconciliation bill will be modified in the Senate. Chaos ensues, but he is exactly right. There is no guarantee that the reconciliation bill will be come law if the Senate chooses to amend it or discard it.
Will the House members trust the Senate members to pass the reconciliation bill? Let’s hope not!
