ABC reporter HAMMERS White House over ‘no press allowed’ to Apollo 11 event; CBS reporter files formal complaint

The White House held an event today with the Apollo 11 surviving astronauts but shut out the press to the event:

ABC White House reporter Jon Karl hammered the White House on this issue, asking if the president could have just been 5 minutes later for his fundraiser afterward and also suggested that they kept the press away because of the late Neil Armstrong’s strong criticism of Obama shutting down NASA:

 
CBS White House reporter Major Garrett filed a formal complaint with the White House arguing that the Apollo 11 event with the President is exactly something that should be a public event for all to see:
