This week we’ll celebrate the 237th anniversary of our independence. But are we a free people? SCOTUS made an ill-conceived ruling believing the choice of sexual behavior should trump the peoples’s referendum. We are free to love anyone or anything we desire in America, but that does not correlate to rights beyond the unalienable ones Jefferson articulated 237 years ago.

In California we have a state-funded grant for the Los Angeles Unified School District to abuse the concept of public education by turning public schools into indoctrination factories, forcing children to spout the joys of Obamacare. The district listed as a primary outcome for its project, “Teens trained to be messengers to family members.” Covered California spokeswoman Sarah Soto-Taylor said staff have not questioned this goal. She stated, “We have confidence that the model LA Unified brought to the table will be successful in reaching our target population, which includes family members of students.” LA Unified will also use tax-paid staff to promote ObamaCare through phone calls to students’ homes, in-class presentations, and meetings with employees eligible for ObamaCare’s taxpayer-covered healthcare, the grant award says.

Obama said he would fundamentally transform America. The time draws near to teach this usurper and charlatan the lesson our forefathers taught King George III. We will not be ruled by arrogance and edict.

Oh man. Those last couple of sentences are some fighting words if I ever heard them.

    It would break the back of the Democratic Party and alter the Statist elite control of both parties.

      You do realize there’s actually a rule in congress not to target the opposing party with fraud charges unless it is a very solid case, and has major implications, right?  That’s why it’s so difficult to do anything about the widespread fraud the Dems keep using.
      West did the smart thing and called an end to it so he could reload.

          Allen West has the ability to articulate what Conservatives want to hear on the issues but … something akin to Marc Rubio … does he walk the talk?  Think about it.  West voted with the Democrats for NDAA and the release of the Pigford Funds over the pleas of Conservatives to do otherwise.
          Something akin to the Comprehensive Immigration Bill … the  NDAA and Pigford bills would never have passed with the required votes if it had not been for the RINOs who sided with the Democrats.
          The system is not working.  There is no accountability when so-called Republican representatives disregard the will of those who gave their all … who prayerfully and financially supported their rise in the political arena.

          I am not a fatalist….. I do not think you are correct. A new freedom party will be a new beginning and give voice to those of us real conservatives who  want to adhere to constitutional principles and original intent.

          Okay, I think we agree….. BUT at this point, I do not see how working within the Republican Party this can be accomplished. Too many RINOs….. We need a new Party with a new platform…. Including Vetting, term limits and courageous leadership….. Agreed?

Tamikosmom – I too struggled with that 180 degree shift.  I’m sure there was a reason he chose not to pursue the legal fight.  I suspect he realized the votes in his favor had been “lost” and no amount of legal proceedings would be able to find them and they were replaced by votes against him.  As long as that total equals the number of folks that “signed in” there is no way to prove fraud…

Swordfish Swordfish, I LOVE YOU for telling the truth about Allen West.  What you have stated is absolutely true, it happened.  Now West comes out and calls the Fraud in Chief a USURPER.  Well he finally got it right but he never pointed to any evidence that would support his accusation.  Lt. Mike Zullo and his team has packaged enough court room evidence to support West’s claim and if he loved the constitution as much as he has said in the pass he would be marching Lt.       It can be brought back to life ONLY after we retake congress. Further, it’s not going to to be a matter for law until after we get specific Act of Congress to straighten out the mess that the various interpretations of the NBC clause have taken on over the years.
      I say this with all due respect, but calling West “spineless” is about as dumbass a comment as I’ve ever read about any major figure on the right.  This is the kind of backbiting, carping, asshattery that we will not put up with this time.  As far as I’m concerned, anyone trying to play the more-conservative-than-all-of-you-people game is labeling themselves as an enemy.  I’ll treat them exactly like I’d treat an Obama voter.

          If people read my comment carefully I explain A) why it’s dead, B) How we can revive it, and C) That bringing it up to hammer a solid conservative like Allen West is something no patriot can tolerate.
          I do not say never bring it up.  I do not say we should lose sight of it as one of barack’s serial frauds he has perpetrated.  And I do not say we should ever offer up an excuse for vetting people with regard to citizenship.
          However, the NBC clause is not, and cannot be applied as a matter of law, with regard to anyone who is the child of a citizen.  This is established fact. Levin has explained it several times.  So in order to properly deal with it, we MUST pass an Act of Congress that does so explicitly, or Amend the Constitution to do so explicitly.
          Because this is so thoroughly explained by people on the right we respect, and they have shown us the case law, and we have recent court rulings against “standing,” we need to marshall our resources to “add it to the list” and take care of it AFTER we take the Senate and the White House.
          I am perfectly happy to see people dicuss the fake Birth Certificate as an issue by itself.  But this time, I personally will call out anyone who tries to hammer a good, decent conservative over this issue.  Anyone who chooses to do that at this critical phase of our attempt to Restor this Republic is no friend of Liberty, no friend of Conservatism, and no friend of mine.
          I hope you can see the distinction there.  Yes, we must not forget.  But No, not this time with the backbiting, backstabbing crap that gave us another RINO nominee. No way, no how.

          I suspect – I hope – that the abjurations against West are only the result of so many disappointments in the recent past. Having seen so many fake conservatives co-opted by the RINOs, some conservatives see betrayal where it may not exist. Shadows on the wall become monsters at night; that sort of thing. I’m not entirely immune to that syndrome myself.

          I read an account of a young woman who, being young and impressionable, was recruited by the Hitler Youth in her teens. After the war, she and others who were known Nazis were required to undergo political examination and what I guess we’d call indoctrination into American government in hopes of changing their thinking. After some time, the instructor commented on their apparent reluctance to accept this new way of thinking. The young woman spoke for many in her situation when she told the instructor, “We are like the cat who jumped onto the stove and got burned. We trusted the Nazi Party and were burned; now we are afraid to trust any government.”
          But we have to trust someone. Anarchy creates a power vacuum that is always filled, and not by benevolent forces.

          But there’s a big difference between someone “just asking a few questions” and someone who is on a mission to concern troll every thread with leading questions for the purpose of sowing discord and dissent.  Those are the folks I will call out.

      By his own admission, Hussein Obama is ineligible to be President under the NBC clause (jus samquinis). Even if he was born in Hawaii, he is ineligible. Congress knows this. The Supreme Court knows this. I am sure Allen West knows this. 

      The birth certificate forgery is a decoy used to instantly discredit anyone who uses it.

      1. sDee Swordfish The problem is that there are two major threads of legal thought on the issue, going all the way back to the founding. They are NOT resolved.  So it is not as cut and dried as people keep claiming.  The actual law on the matter does not exclude many people who were born outside of the US to one or more citizens. (Which is why Cruz is eligible).
        We can argue this till hell freezes over, and damned fine conservatives on both sides will *never* agree on it, precisely because it was never resolved.

        This is why it requires an Act of Congress or an Amendment.  Until either of those happen, it’s dead, as far as any useful action now.
        I’m all for an Act or an Amendment.  I don’t even mind when people call barack “The Kenyan” or whatever.  But I will hit back as hard as I am able when I see people trying to take down good, solid conservatives (like West, Palin, Cruz, Lee, Levin, and whoever else deserves to be on that list) with the NBC issue.

I submit that these two major threads began when Obama emerged.That is why Chester Arthur hid the facts of his birth. He was not eligible and he knew it.

          No one has followed that court findings very closely. Furhter, there have been Naturalization Acts that purported to define NBC’s.
          Whatever. It’s been mooted by the undeniable fact of Obama. We MUST have and Act of Congress that specifically defines it with no equivocation or an Amendment.  I prefer an amendment, but that’s a tougher route.

          We cannot go after fellow Constitutionalists, honorable, decent conservative leaders, and our best hope for a strong Senate and House over this issue. If we do that, it will finish this nation.
          What we can do, and should do, is let the people who have investigated keep investigating and reporting.  We can perhaps find a way to maneuver the issue into our list of grievances against barack.  We definitely should try to get Congress to pass strong legislation declaring what the NBC phrase means with regard to State’s ballots. That’s how you fight it on many fronts.

          But we are on a war footing now, and using this issue against our own side is a truly a treacherous act.  An act which can only aid the totalitarians.
          This is why I am so vehement in my objections. Anyone hammering West or Palin or Levin or Cruz or Lee or any of the folks who represent the heart and soul of Conservatism and Tea Party sentiments over this issue is engaged in a treachery of low order and must be called on it.  And I will continue to do so.

          Again, yes it is an “important” issue.  One which cannot be lost sight of. We have a very long list of such things to deal with as part of Restoration of the Constitution.

          You have not read a post by me disrespecting any of my fellow constitutional conservatives. Have you?   I just disagree with them not feeling free to seriously consider or debate true constitutional issues including the nbc issue. I believe the reason why is because of the weak cowardly RINO power structure that dominates the republican party. And that is what America (and the West) is doing now. Why can I not refuse to hire someone if I feel they engage in deviant sexual conduct which is morally deplorable? Yet, because of the language of ‘love’ similar to what West used in the above, we are not being asked to tolerate any longer. It is becoming a necessity to celebrate it too! And celebrate we shall, when they start chiming our church bells, under the power of law, to ring the arrival of their iniquitous matrimonies.

A couple years ago, I had 2, 5th and 6th grade granddaughters living with me for a school year. One of them came home with an assignment on the civil rights movement that pretty much said that Martin Luther King and Rosa Parks ‘started’ the civil tights movement. Her teacher got a 2 page letter from me ‘educating’ her about ‘The Harlem Hellfighters’, the all Black outfit that fought in WW1, ‘The Redball Express’, the all Black supply outfit that provided all the ‘beans and bullets’ for the troops in WW2 and a litany of the other all Black military outfits that provided the shoulders that M. L. King and Rosa Parks stood on to create the civil rights movement of the 60’s.
      You won’t find anything about this guy in a (revisionist) ‘Black History’ class either. You think the Tuskegee Airmen were the first Black, American, fighter pilots?, Think again. 😉 😉

        U.S. history was my favorite subject and the class I excelled in with ease. (pat-pat lol), but back in my day we were actually taught the correct version of history, hence what I credit my great love for this nation. Today’s student has turned out like “notpilgrims” who doesn’t even know what kind of government we live under or that the real pilgrims fled their homeland precisely because of religious persecution. That is stunning. I’m too old and too tired and too worried about this country to spend time being nice or education idiots like notpilgrim. But I am glad there are those who are willing.
        I once asked one of my sons what he got out of his U.S. history classes. His answer saddened me greatly. He told me he learned that the white person was a rotten human being that treated blacks horribly.
