Mountain View Elementary School in South Carolina held their 5th grade graduation at a university chapel and that supposedly offended a student. Really, I had no idea that 5th grades were so sensitive. The American Humanist organization has filed a lawsuit on behalf of this unnamed student and tried to get the federal judge to stop the school from holding any more events there before the lawsuit has even had a chance to play out. The federal judge, however, has now refused their request and the school can continue to hold events in the chapel…at least for now.
