Sheriff Arpaio tells Neil Cavuto that if our borders were secure than these two CHP officers that were shot and killed on Friday would likely still be alive. He goes on to explain how just in his area alone, at least 36% of illegals keep returning to Maricopa after they’ve been turned over to ICE. Arpaio believes that while some are coming back across the border, many are just being released by ICE even though they are vicious criminals.
