Awesome: Sarah Palin nails Obama again

via Facebook:

President Obama is clearly revealing his rapid loss of any grip on the economic and security issues that are of utmost importance to our country. His economic and foreign policy blunders are manifesting chaos. On the same day when we see more chaos erupting in the Middle East and President Obama declaring that Egypt is no longer considered our ally, the Federal Reserve announced that it will spend $40 billion a month to purchase mortgage-backed securities with no end date set. QE3 is upon us.

In a speech nearly two years ago, I asked: “If [QE2] doesn’t work, what do we do then? Print even more money? What’s the end game here? Where will all this money printing on an unprecedented scale take us? Do we have any guarantees that QE2 won’t be followed by QE3, 4, and 5, until eventually – inevitably – no one will want to buy our debt anymore? What happens if the Fed becomes not just the buyer of last resort, but the buyer of only resort?”

As predicted, QE3 is upon us. Is it any wonder that the dollar is down against major currencies? This temporary, artificial economic “stimulus” bought at the expense of high inflation is no substitute for a stable currency and genuine long-term economic recovery. This is what happens when big government centralized planners try to “plan” our economy. President Obama is no doubt happy, though, that this latest sugar fix comes 53 days before the election.

Sarah is right. And we should be prepared. What most middle class savers don’t realize is that the small amount of money that they have saved for retirement is getting smaller every time more money is printed “out of thin air”. Soon the $50K that we think will last for a year will be required to buy a loaf of bread. We are going to be the Weimar republic and the O administration doesn’t care. Their only concern is keeping interest rates down until after the election. We are being royally screwed. Also, do you notice that EVERYTHING is more expensive? The inflation tracking numbers produced by the gov’t have been changed to exclude fuel and food. The same way that they don’t include those that have stopped looking for a job because there aren’t any, no longer are fuel and food prices included in the gov’t inflation numbers. WAKE… Read more »

I disagree just a bit. 0 is losing his grip on collapsing the economy for his planned socialist takeover before we kick his a$$ out on Nov. 6th. And if he weakens national security, so what? Clinton passed on Bin Laden 4 times and we got 9/11. The lapdog media should have blamed Slick Willy for that one, not Bush. Same thing here, radical Muslims are emboldened by 0’s weakness and they are probably planning attacks right now that Romney will get blamed for. The Dem’s love to set time bombs the other party then gets the blame for.

Obama is more the president of his own personality and his left wing of the left’s agenda than he is president of the United States. Bernanke and QE3 seems to be following the ultimate cause of Quality Easing, slowing the world’s descent into destitution. These two seem to be in lockstep politically and financially.
No rich socialist I am aware of, and there are many, has distributed his 1%ers wealth to the masses to show how wonderful it is to be a committed social justice sharing socialist. The rich socialist seem to have confidence in their own ability to weather all financial storms with their own fortunes intact.
Do we dare to wonder how much gold, and silver our American socialists are buying?

1: Eliminate all entitlement/unfunded liability spending; put all programs to be retained in the hands of the States and the People. 2: Eliminate each and every un-Constitutional bureau, commission, board, department, etc. If those functions are necessary to some State, the State can take them over, or give them to the People (privatization). 3: End all foreign aid, for all nations with the exception of Israel (who says they can live without it, anyway). 4: Eliminate all forms of taxation that are un-Constitutional (meaning every tax that is not based on income [which should be repealed, anyway], taxation, duties, excises and imposts not done by Capitation), and set all taxes at a flattened 8 – 9 percent. 5: Eliminate millions in paper money and coinage, in order to help reverse the effects from “Quantitative Easing”, which has pushed America toward hyperinflation. 6: Get the energy producers (natural gas, oil, coal)… Read more »

QE3 is among the dumbest things they can possibly do… unless they want to destroy this country… which they seemingly do.

Could someone please tell Obama to put down the seltzer bottle and take off the clown nose just long enough to do SOMETHING decent as the President? And by decent, I don’t mean any more socialist intiatives or EOs.

History will refer to this time as the Dark Ages of America.

The real question to ask is: Would the economy be different if McCain would have won?

Will the economy change enough under Romney that the Left and MSM can’t turn him into Bush III? Or ae we are doomed to cede all the conservative and TP gains as the GOP brand is Bush-ized again and we get Hillary in 2016.

Your memory is short and I question your question…

No Obamacare.
No bowing to the Islamists.
Cuts in entitlements, crony capitalism, corruption and pork.
A totally different attitude – praising capitalism and praising America.

I could go on, but what’s the point. If you have to ask the question in the first place, what hope is there in educating you?

Guest1776rcp
Guest
Guest1776rcp

Yeah I know, the RINO version of hope and change. I suspect the results will be similar too. It’d be one thing if the Really Not Conservatives actually did learn their lesson but all evidence points to the contrary see 2012 primaries and convention and the RNC RINOs turning themselves into democrats using their tactics against actual conservatives. No thanks, I’d rather lose the WH battle this year and win the war then put all hopes in Romney and have him Bush-ize the Republican brand again and conservative gains lost for another decade.

The way to defeat the RINOs and the Dems at the same time is to use the Left’s model of defeating thier enemy within ie bluedogs and take over the House and Senate before worrying about the WH.

I felt sick after hearing about this, QE3, but not surprised. Hope Romney/Ryan and everyone counters this by presenting the facts with how this will ultimately do nothing but cause lots of pain for everyone in the future!

Any future historians wondering why zero was so bad that the people of America booted him out in a landslide after one term, need only look at Sarah’s facebook posts for a month by month run-down of that disastrous, destructive, deceitful term.

Her writing is the soul of clarity, intelligence and experience. She is also the soul of America. How lucky you are.

I also hope those future historians will be able to write about the resurgence of your country’s Constitution, as guided by this great patriot in her capacity of POTUS.

Hey, Rs, I’ve been doing a little playing around and I noticed that when you go to the activities page of any person, even though the page is blank, there’s a link at the bottom to click on that will show you all their past activities. Maybe it’s just the new style of the updated servers.

It doesn’t show responses or likes to their comments, but it’s just as easy to go to the dashboard under ‘disqus’ at the top of the thread to get all your comments and responses. Dashboard seems to take about 30 seconds to appear when you click on it, so be patient.

Among the first to realize what the Fed has just done – and who understands monetary policy better than most (according to the WSJ), Sarah sees QE3…..now upon us

So how does QE3 help high unemployment, or gas prices, of home values, or whatever economic indicator that the layman understands? It doesn’t! It is only a panacea for the stock markets keeping them from going south, it does nothing for the American citizen!

David Zimmerman
Guest
David Zimmerman

Wrong. It does something for the American citizen….it raises the price of beans. The dollar now is worth 50 cents.

maketcomp

So there you have it it affects the price of food which every one of us who eat can absolutely relate to.

Nukeman60
Member
Nukeman60

It does the same thing as releasing Strategic Oil Reserves to lower gas prices. That action depletes our country’s emergency oil supply while giving a temporary reduction to gas prices. The gas prices immediately increase afterwards, while the cost to replenish the oil reserve is much higher than ever.

The QE3 gives a temorary stimulus to the central banks, while depleting the value of the dollar and, in reality, raises the inflation rate, as seen through the price of food and energy.

Both actions, in reality, only help the reelection chances of Obama.

I think the Feds new moves, as seen by how they have changed QE3 from previous QEs, is to permanently inject money on a monthly basis, rather than in lump sums as in the past, until the government collapses. $40 billion sounds like a lot less than $1 trillion or $500 billion.

Hmmm, seems to be a gameplan.

maketcomp
Member
maketcomp

Hey N, I didn’t think of that but your right! If the strategic oil reserves is depleted then that is another area the leaves us vulnerable in case of an emergency. Now I know other Presidents have done this but it is particularly troubling with this President because he doesn’t share our values and his overall plan is to tare down this country.

Nukeman60

And he’s already talked about doing it, under the guise of lowering gas prices. Watch for it within a month.

And the moral of the story boys and girls is this: One needed be a high IQ academic (or pseudo academic in Barry’s case) to be an effective office holder, which politicians are and presidents and governors are executives, who simply listen to experts and weigh their views.

In fact, being an academic is probably a detriment to being an effective executive.

End game: Palin would likely have been a more effecive president than Barry because she is not an academic, but has practcal, life experience and is grounded in sound American history and heritage, i.e., knowing what has already worked and what hasn’t.

Alas, we are left with an academic with almost zero real world experience and with a fawning, complicent MSM & entertainment inidustry doing his bidding.

We are eventually going to get hit with inflation like we’ve never seen before, even during the Carter administration. I really believe the Fed is desperate to do SOMETHING because they see what’s about to happen, especially if (God forbid) Obama gets a second term in office. The Fed doesn’t really understand that they are not doing us any favors, and that by artificially stimulating the economy they are running the risk of totally destroying it. Romney had better win to end this madness. It’s the only hope this nation has left.

Stewie
Guest

She nailed it on the chaos in the middle east- This would be a good time to run ads on Obama missing most of his national security briefings, and the policy of no guns. A nice strong message on national security and how Romney would be different would be very effective. People probably have no idea that this was due to this administration’s policies and lack of management.

Yea, it would be politicizing a tragedy, but screw it. If the battle is not fought, we stand no chance of winning. I want a ruthless winner- They don’t play by any rules, and we are fools to let them hit us with our hands behind our backs.

Wait, wait. His people answered that this morning. I know you are going to love this. Obama is so smart he doesn’t need intellegence briefings. Yep, you heard it here. According to the aide, he just ‘reads’ the breifing. If you believe that, then I have a great bridge in NYC to sell you.

That’s very interesting because one of his collegues at U of Chicago called him intellectually lazy. We’ve heard from more than one source and also the Great Obama himself that he admits to being lazy. There now, don’t you all feel safer or something?

Welcome to Politburrough, sister city of Commieburgh, located in the bowel district of Obamaville. Where being Presidential is a “gaffe”, and bowing, apologizing, and flying off to Vegas, is a virtue. The sinking township where anything Obama says is considered “widely heralded”, and industrial bilge pumps run round the clock. Where Obama goes to the dentist, gets a shot of lydocaine, and mouths up and down Nimrod St. go numb, yet all feel the pain, save he. Where everyone has the same smirk on their face, eerily similar to O’s rectum. Yep, that kiss-ass-smackin’ smirk. Where folks defend the indefensible, lie with Milk of Magnesia regularity, and realize that running a lemonade stand or a paper route is above dear leader’s pay grade, and ability. Where folks vote to their detriment and bury their own offspring in debt. Where the fetters that bind them are forged, night and day in… Read more »

Romney/Ryan has been saying A LOT of what Sarah Palin has said! In fact, the best parts of his campaign are straight out of Sarah Palin’s playbook, straight out of her best speeches of the last three years or so. The “Restoration” theme is from Palin. The rhetoric about a coherent national energy policy as central to healing the economy AND necessary for national security is also drawn from Palin. If you look closely enough, much of what is good about the R/R campaign is Palinesque.
