I remember way back during the 2012 election how emphatic Biden was that Obama was so damn courageous and the evidence he gave is that OBAMA chose to order the Bin Laden raid when everyone, INCLUDING BIDEN, told him it was a bad idea.
Well now that we’re on the cusp of his announcing his campaign for president, of course the creepy old idiot is changing the story.

“The President, he went around the table with all the senior people including the Joint, the Chiefs of Staff. He said, ‘I have to make this decision what is your opinion?’. He started with the National Security adviser, the Secretary of State and he ended with me.
“Every single person in that room hedged their bet, except Leon Panetta. Leon said, ‘Go’. Everyone else said 49, 51, this…It got to me. Joe what do you think? I said, ‘You know I didn’t know we have so many economists around the table. We owe the man a direct answer. Mr President, my suggestion is don’t go. We have to do two more things to see if he’s there’.”
Panetta was then CIA director. Bob Gates, Panetta’s predecessor as Pentagon chief, has previously said that he had serious reservations about whether to launch the raid without the certainty bin Laden was in the compound near Abbotobad.
Biden continued: “He walked out and said, ‘I’ll give you my decision’. The next morning he came down to the diplomatic entrance getting in the helicopter, I believe to go to Michigan, I’m not positive about that, and he turned to Tom Donilon [the National Security Advisor]and said, ‘Go’.”
He literally says, “we owe the man a direct answer – mister president, DON’T GO!” but now that he wants to run for president, of course he told him privately that he thought it was a good idea.
I KNEW that this would be a problem for Biden way back when he said, and he should have known too, but he was much too eager to exaggerate in order to get Obama back into office, and now to get his own bony old ass into the White House.
