Palm Beach County for some insane reason tried to ban reporters from watching them as they counted ballots, and they SUED them, and the county LOST.
NBCUniversal, Scripps Media and Fox Television are suing Susan Bucher and the Palm Beach County Canvassing Board for refusing to allow us to record video while they review ballots in a public meeting @nbc6 #EmergencyPetition pic.twitter.com/wPCcNapaTv

This is the BS reason they gave:
Susan Bucher, the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections, says news crews cannot record the Canvassing Board as it reviews Vote By Mail & Provisional Ballots bc “signatures are on the table”. We’ve objected to the public meeting continuing w/out being allowed to record @nbc6 pic.twitter.com/KVPdCqRq1U

AND it didn’t fly with the judge, who rules against the county:
#BREAKING Judge agrees with @NBCNews, @nbc6 and other media outlets— cameras are now allowed to record inside room where provisional ballots are being reviewed by canvassing board in Palm Beach County #Transparency pic.twitter.com/evGNQHVuKX

SO what the hell are they trying to hide? And what did they get done in the meantime that this judgement went down? I really hope Trump and Marco Rubio and Rick Scott don’t let up – but they need us to keep the pressure on. This entire time CNN and MSNBC are whining about Trump’s racism and ignoring this issue…
