At least three people have been hit by a livery cab in Manhattan in what appears to be an accident, according to a law enforcement official familiar with the investigation.

Officials got an initial call about the crash on Liberty Street and Broadway shortly before 1:30 p.m. Thursday. The law enforcement official says the cab appears to have jumped the curb by accident, but the investigation is developing.
