UPDATE TO BREAKING: The @realDonaldTrump WI recount request will NOT be statewide – it will be a PARTIAL recount in several key counties. No word on WHICH counties yet.

This comes the day after Wisconsin certified their results showing Biden with a 20,612 margin:
NEW: Wisconsin has completed its vote canvass, with Biden beating Trump by 20,612 votes.
The Trump campaign will have until 5pm on Wednesday to request a recount. It costs $7.9 million to do so. And it must be paid up front.

The recount for the entire state is expected to cost nearly 8 million, but I’m not sure what a partial recount would cost. I also haven’t heard whether or not this will include an audit. If it doesn’t, this recount could be a huge waste of money.
We’ll bring you more when we have it.
UPDATE: Roberts is reporting that the two counties Trump will file for a recount will be Milwaukee and Dane counties:
The two counties that the @realDonaldTrump campaign will file recounts in are Milwaukee and Dane Counties. Between the two there are nearly 800,000 votes that were cast
