Christian Rapper Responds To Macklemore’s “Same Love”, Gets Death Threats From LGBT Community

Admittedly I don’t listen to Christian rap or rap of any kind for that matter, but after watching this news report I had to hear Bizzle’s new song which is a well thought out response from a Christian perspective to Macklemore’s song “Same Love.”- (the song the played at the Grammys for the big gay wedding.)

And let me say Bizzle’s new song doesn’t pull any punches at all. It treads in love but it doesn’t tread lightly. It’s quite powerful actually.

But first, watch this news report by KHOU on how Bizzle’s life is being threatened because of his new song:

Here’s the song, courtesy of Bizzle’s YouTube account. As I said it’s pretty amazing. The lyrics are below the song to help you follow along:

But understand this, that in the last days
There will come times of difficulty
For people will be lovers of self
Lovers of money, proud, arrogant
Abusive, disobedient to their parents
Ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable
Slanderous, without self-control, brutal
Not loving good, treacherous, reckless
Swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God
Having the appearance of godliness
But denying its power

Woe to he who calls evil good and good evil…

[Verse: Bizzle]
It’s funny how the media portrays things
They really pushing hard for this gay thing
And it’s so wicked how they manipulate things
Can’t even disagree without them making it a hate thing
I say you wrong, and you holla “hate” instantly
But you say we the ones who don’t tolerate differences
There’s a whole lot of things I could say really
But, see your hypocrisy is something I could paint vividly
Saying, it’s the way you was born, and I’m sure that
You lust just like I do just in a different form
But I’m married so if I give into mine, I’m a cheater
If you give into yours, you just fight to make it legal
You rather fight God, then fight sin
The Bible is alright, until it calls what you like sin
And I feel so disrespected that you were so desperate
You would compare your sexual habits to my skin (What?!?)
Calling it the new black
Tell me where they do that
They hung us like tree ornaments, where were you at?
They burned us for entertainment, you go through that?
Mom’s raped in front of they kids, while they shoot dad
Ever been murdered just for trying to learn how to read bro? (Nope.)
A show of hands?
I didn’t think so
So, quit comparing the two. It ain’t the same fight
You can play straight. We can never play white
Using black people as pawns for yo’ agenda
And these sell out rappers will do whatever you tell em’
Skirts on stages, campaigning for that black vote
Afraid to be blackballed, so they play that role
You were never oppressed, the devil was a liar
The only thing oppressed was yo sexual desire
Keeping yo’ desires oppressed is so lame to you
But when you get married, that’s what you expect yo’ mate to do
It angers you, if I compare you to a pedophile
Cuz’ he sick, right?
And you’re better how?
(Man, I ain’t choose this.)
You think he chose that?
(But, I was born this.)
Well, prove he wasn’t born that
But, you were never a girl
He was once nine
So at one time in his life, it was just fine
What makes your loss right?
I’m not buying it
So, put him in that same trash can you threw that bible in
See how that cycle is?
Nobody wants to repent of they evil
So, we all try justifying it
And you say it’s about rights, but you lying tho
Domestic partnerships gave you rights a long time ago
God created marriage, when he did, he defined it tho’
So why is it you want we He created, but deny Him tho?
It’s not wicked enough, switching the definition?
You want it done by a Christian in a church he worships in?
And that rainbow you using as a gay pride symbol (you stole that)
It represents a covenant with God if you didn’t know
Check Genesis 9:13 for the info
Homie, the war is spiritual, you don’t know what you in fo’
I ain’t sayin’ yo’ sin is worse, but it is sin tho
The Lord took the punishment for it all on Him tho (Praise God)
We just gotta repent tho
The problem is if you don’t call it sin, then
You walk as if there’s nothing to repent for
Let’s recap:
We all wicked and desire sin
But imagine a world where no one kept there desires in
If something was called right cuz’ simply we desired it
When yo’ right goes against my right, who’s right would win
As for being born that way
I should never see ya’ll
Ever see use a word like “retard”
To describe someone who was born a little differently than we are
I guess down syndrome really isn’t a thing ya’ll
What do we call yo’ syndrome?
Oh, that term is offensive now when it hits home?
So, what gives you the right to call the way he was born a defect?
I call yours a defect, you feel it’s disrespect
You don’t believe in God?
Hey, the universe says if we all gay
We either die off or have to do it God’s way
And God loves you no matter what you struggle with
At least struggle tho, don’t just give up and quit
Forget how you were born
We were all born in sin
But Christ died for your sin
You can be born again (Praise God for forgiveness)
We were all born in sin
But Christ died so we can be born again

[Outro: Bizzle]
And I never want to act like
All gay people are the same because that’s ignorant
But at the same time
What I won’t allow you to do
Is paint this beautiful picture
Like we don’t have people from the LGBT community out here
Running up in churches, disrupting services
Kissing on the pulpit
Out here attacking old ladies
Throwing crosses down and stomping em’
Violently assaulting people
So don’t take my most aggressive lines that you know are to that group
And try to apply it to the friendliest
Lovingest gay person because that’s not the case
And to that struggling Christian right now
Struggling with homosexuality
Fight the good fight soldier
No matter what anybody says
We all have different desires
We all are drawn toward different sin
And my desire might not be your desire
But I have a desire that’s just as strong for another sin
And I have to fight it day in and day out
And sometimes I win and sometimes I lose
Sometimes I stand and sometimes I fall
But fight the good fight
God is worth it
God bless you
No hate about it
I love you

  1. Why don’t you post some stories about all the hate towards gays? No, it’s always ok to do that. Hypocrites.

    1. Why don’t YOU offer a story or two about the hate toward homosexuals? I’d be glad to view one. At the same time we don’t condone hate toward homos. We may not agree with their choices but we can’t tolerate violence just because someone is homosexual. It’s not like we don’t know hate toward homosexuals exists, but when the gay activists threaten lives, it’s news.

      1. ‘We’ aren’t asking you to ‘agree with our choices,’ bro. We could care less. You should get over that. No gay people are looking for anything from you but you minding your own business. You do yourself a disservice as a man to think gay people want or need your approval or acceptance.

For the record, when ‘we gay people’ are looking to be accepted or are looking for moral guidance, I can assure you it will not be from a group of people who so willingly, eagerly and frequently break up their families to start new ones with different people. Or who hold in their hearts the capacity for throwing their child into the street when their sexuality doesn’t work out as planned.

We’re are demanding civil rights from our Government, while simultaneously asking you and heterosexuals like you to mind your own business and keep your noses out of the crotches of gay people. We give you that respect, and most heterosexuals give gays the worst of themselves. Daily. And often. They try and make our lives unbearable legally and societally and in every way possible. You can not mistreat or remain silent when others mistreat an entire segment of the population and then claim victimhood. Sorry, brother, you just can’t.

Heterosexuals DO NOT have the moral high ground here. Not even close.

        Get a grip, brother.

(I tread in love, but I don’t tread lightly.)

        1. Oh go cry me a river. I am not going to accept your lifestyle as “normal”, pervert. It’s a perversion & nothing more. LOL Apparently you homos seem to forget that some of us don’t even need a Bible to prove your lifestyle. Look, man + woman just works! But you homos are too dumb to see the obvious. I’m an Atheists BTW.

BTW I agree with the Christian Rapper. The fact you queers compare yourselves to ‘blacks’ is beyond disgusting & racists.

        2. You sure are painting me and others with a broad brush. But, If that’s what makes you feel better……

      2. Probably because you fruits are all hypocrites playing the “victims” just to be bullies, & frankly, people are getting tired of it. Want my advice? Quit making your sex life everyone else’s business. Pervert.

  2. I don’t listen to rap . but I’m going to support this guy by buying his music for my grandkids . He has a message that needs to be heard by the younger generation . Most people my age grew up knowing these truths .

  3. In 2014 America, you can’t mention anything negative about one man mounting another man and sexually assaulting that man’s alimentary canal.

That’s judgmental, and, as the Left-Wing-Kooks have said, being judgmental is absolute WORST thing in the world to be.

  4. Saw this yesterday: “It`s better to walk alone, than with a group heading the wrong direction”….

  5. What did Buckley say? “Liberals claim to want to give a hearing to other views, but then are shocked and offended to hear that there are other views.”

  6. Good ol’ tolerance coming from the group that preaches tolerance. The left isn’t about tolerance. As soon as you disagree with them they want you silenced.

They are communist to the bone and they don’t even know it. Communists silence and destroy any opposing voice or party. They shut down newspapers that criticize them (Chavez). They try to have anyone removed from the airwaves if they present an opposing view. Obama uses the IRS to try to silence the Tea Party right.

Yet, you call them the mild word “socialist” and they freak out. Idiots. We need to flat out call them for what they are. Communist.

  7. Nothing so infuriates champions of “Diversity” as much as an opinion diverse from their own.

  8. Christians have LONG been expected to keep quiet! “Keep J.C. to yourself.” Now it has gone over into the political and social realm of society. Nothing new here. I will not ever accept Homosexuality as normal. I will state my opinion and let the chips fall where they may.

  9. The Book of Ecclesiasticus or The Book of Sirach as it is now called contains some of the most powerful passages about the consequences of the choices we make and that God will give us what we choose.

If we choose good, God will give us good and if we choose evil God will give us evil; and if we choose life God will give us life and if we choose death God will give us death.

But you judge for yourself. I’m reprinting below some passages from the Book of Sirach which as I understand isn’t included in some Bibles but is included in the Catholic Bible. I’ve started with Chapter 1 and skipped ahead to Chapter 15 and 16.

    The Book of Sirach [Ecclesiasticus]

    Chapter 1

1 All wisdom is from the Lord God, and hath been always with him, and is before all time.
2 Who hath numbered the sand of the sea, and the drops of rain, and the days of the world? Who hath measured the height of heaven, and the breadth of the earth, and the depth of the abyss?
3 Who hath searched out the wisdom of God that goeth before all things?
4 Wisdom hath been created before all things, and the understanding of prudence from everlasting.
5 The word of God on high is the fountain of wisdom, and her ways are everlasting commandments.
6 To whom hath the root of wisdom been revealed, and who hath known her wise counsels?
7 To whom hath the discipline of wisdom been revealed and made manifest? and who hath understood the multiplicity of her steps?
8 There is one most high Creator Almighty, and a powerful king, and greatly to be feared, who sitteth upon his throne, and is the God of dominion.
9 He created her in the Holy Ghost, and saw her, and numbered her, and measured her.
10 And he poured her out upon all his works, and upon all flesh according to his gift, and hath given her to them that love him.
11 The fear of the Lord is honour, and glory, and gladness, and a crown of joy.
12 The fear of the Lord shall delight the heart, and shall give joy, and gladness, and length of days.
13 With him that feareth the Lord, it shall go well in the latter end, and in the day of his death he shall be blessed.
14 The love of God is honourable wisdom.

16 The fear of the Lord Is the beginning of wisdom, and was created with the faithful in the womb, it walketh with chosen women, and is known with the just and faithful.

19 It shall go well with him that feareth the Lord, and in the days of his end he shall be blessed.
20 To fear God is the fulness of wisdom, and fulness is from the fruits thereof.

22 The fear of the Lord is a crown of wisdom, filling up peace and the fruit of salvation:

24 Wisdom shall distribute knowledge, and understanding of prudence: and exalteth the glory of them that hold her.
25 The root of wisdom is to fear the Lord: and the branches thereof are longlived.
26 In the treasures of wisdom is understanding, and religiousness of knowledge: but to sinners wisdom is an abomination.
27 The fear of the Lord driveth out sin:
28 For he that is without fear, cannot be justified: for the wrath of his high spirits is his ruin.
29 A patient man shall bear for a time, and afterwards joy shall be restored to him.
30 A good understanding will hide his words for a time, and the lips of many shall declare his wisdom.
31 In the treasures of wisdom is the signification of discipline:
32 But the worship of God is an abomination to a sinner.
33 Son, if thou desire wisdom, keep justice, and God will give her to thee.
34 For the fear of the Lord is wisdom and discipline: and that which is agreeable to him,

    Chapter 15

1 He that feareth God, will do good: and he that possesseth justice, shall lay hold on her,
2 And she will meet him as an honourable mother, and will receive him as a wife married of a virgin.
3 With the bread of life and understanding, she shall feed him, and give him the water of wholesome wisdom to drink: and she shall be made strong in him, and he shall not be moved:
4 And she shall hold him fast, and he shall not be confounded: and she shall exalt him among his neighbours.
5 And in the midst of the church she shall open his mouth, and shall fill him with the spirit of wisdom and understanding, and shall clothe him with a robe of glory.
6 She shall heap upon him a treasure of joy and gladness, and shall cause him to inherit an everlasting name.
7 But foolish men shall not obtain her, and wise men shall meet her, foolish men shall not see her: for she is far from pride and deceit.
8 Lying men shall not be mindful of her: but men that speak truth shall be found with her, and shall advance, even till they come to the sight of God.
9 Praise is not seemly in the mouth of a sinner:
10 For wisdom came forth from God: for praise shall be with the wisdom of God, and shall abound in a faithful mouth, and the sovereign Lord will give praise unto it.
11 Say not: It is through God, that she is not with me: for do not thou the things that he hateth.
12 Say not: He hath caused me to err: for he hath no need of wicked men.
13 The Lord hateth all abomination of error, and they that fear him shall not love it.
14 God made man from the beginning, and left him in the hand of his own counsel.
15 He added his commandments and precepts.
16 If thou wilt keep the commandments and perform acceptable fidelity for ever, they shall preserve thee.
17 He hath set water and fire before thee: stretch forth thy hand to which thou wilt.
18 Before man is life and death, good and evil, that which he shall choose shall be given him:
19 For the wisdom of God is great, and he is strong in power, seeing all men without ceasing.
20 The eyes of the Lord are towards them that fear him, and he knoweth all the work of man.
21 He hath commanded no man to do wickedly, and he hath given no man license to sin:
22 For he desireth not a multitude of faithless and unprofitable children.

    Chapter 16

1 Rejoice not in ungodly children, if they be multiplied: neither be delighted in them, if the fear of God be not with them.
2 Trust not to their life, and respect not their labours.
3 For better is one that feareth God, than a thousand ungodly children.
4 And it is better to die without children, than to leave ungodly children.
5 By one that is wise a country shall be inhabited, the tribe of the ungodly shall become desolate.
6 Many such things hath my eyes seen, and greater things than these my ear hath heard.

  10. People always talk about changing the culture, but they think they can change it without God. I don’t know how you do that.
This country was great because of its fear and love of God. How do you change a hedonistic atheistic culture without God. Without God what do you change the culture to.
. We have a Republican Party that is embarrassed to speak much less praise God and a Democratic Party that is openly hostile to God.
Good for Bizzle. He hit exactly the right tone.

    1. Why not? Consider becoming one texasgirl46. It’s absolutely free. If you are in need of several thousand reasons. There are reasons aplenty. Just ask.

Ask the question. If I haven’t the answer, I’ll find it, confirm it, and relate it.

      1. I may not be a Christan but I do believe in your values and your rights.
I’ve asked the question many times, no answers…

        I’m on your side, I really am…

            1. So have I. I searched for many years for those answers. I found them. You might find them too, albeit with much with less effort. I might be of some modest assistance, even though I have to go to bed shortly, I would, and will be, relentless, in leading another to that which I have found through much research.

              1. I might find the answers too, I just don’t think it’s my time yet. According to what I’ve read and what I understand, when it’s my time…..I will find the answers. I hope I do, and I think that is a step forward….:)

                1. Sure it is. Consider this. Time might be exceedingly short. It might be one of those…time is of the essence, thangs.

Anyway. Thanks for posting. I don’t work here…just spend much time here. It’s a great place 🙂

                  These people…….rock!

                  I just love’em.

                2. I know…..I take that into consideration but I can’t let that influence me…..but I do think about it, alot…

                3. Tex, the answers are right in front of you. God speaks to us through other people…He’s not exactly gonna part the skies. And he understands doubt. Every time you are with family, every time you are moved by something or someone like Bizzle, every time you recognize right from wrong, every time you make a good decision it is GOD who guided you. I’ll leave you with this…it may sound a bit snarky bit here it goes…”Id rather believe in God and find out there isn’t one, than not believe and find out there is.”

                4. Beer does that to me.

Have a wonderful evening Tim. You have been wearing me down of late. I officially “like” you now.

It is what it is 🙂

    2. The beautiful part didn’t come from no where. God touched Bizzle and Bizzle touched you. That’s how it works Tex.

  11. There is nothing more intolerant than a liberal/progressive when someone has a different point of view.

  12. I don’t get it. What’s the problem? Everything he said was true.

It seems to me, that what society has a problem with is telling the truth. Society has become filled with immoral politically correct enablers who think that morality is determined by cultural consensus.

But then, that’s how atheistic societies determine morality. Ask them. They’ll tell you. Morality is determined by democratic vote -majority rule. (Of course they ignore the MORAL majority and invent their own out of the immoral minority) If the majority believe it’s moral to kill babies, then it’s moral to kill babies. This is how they justify their immorality. There is no God to dictate to them anymore absolute moral values, so through arbitrary determination they make it up as they go along.

When he talks about the news talking up immorality, this is what he’s talking about:

“It’s funny how the media portrays things
They really pushing hard for this gay thing”

The media is the biggest God hating entity there is. They are the ones leading the propaganda campaign against God and His Church through their promotion of immorality and their demonizing of those who disagree with them. And the last thing they want is a firestorm of musical artists and entertainers to steal back the Arts to undermine their years of work of destroying the American culture.

The media is laughably predictable. To silence dissent, their first objective is to use the tools of their trade (broadcast media) to demonize the opposition, and they know that they have to do it quickly in order for their assault to have any impact. There’s a word they use for this, it’s called jamming. It’s akin to intercepting a radio transmission for the purpose of preventing it from reaching its intended target. The media sets out to jam the message of dissension regarding homosexuality and its true nature so that it never has the opportunity to gain traction.

The only way to stop them is to jam them back through the truth. It’s imperative that you show the true nature of the homosexual lifestyle and how it is not at all comparable to what is portrayed in the media. You have to expose the treachery of the movement as evidenced in places where their agenda has been imposed before like in Massachusetts. When folks begin to see what is REALLY in store for them when homosexuals have their way, the citizenry will rise up in defiance.

The Bible tells us that it is the TRUTH that sets us free. That’s why the media MUST control the message. They can’t allow you to know the truth. If you were to know the truth, you would kill their plans in its cradle and their reputations would crumble. They MUST silence dissent. It is KEY to their victory.

  13. powerful indeed

have this brother’s back in the Heavenlies, Believers … like he said, this war is spiritual

I’m so encouraged to see this fight for America going on in the open ….. IMV, America cannot be restored unless all 3 aspects are restored: Governance, Media and Culture ….

Continue fighting for your Culture America …. I believe Palin, Cruz , Demint and West also recognize the importance of this aspect if Constitutonal America is to thrive again

see Jim Demint’s new book ~>

and Col West’s new book (due in April) ~>

Do you remember that around this time last year Gov Sarah Palin was tweeting about the new film project by her friends, Mark Burnett and Roma Downey, ~> The Bible Series? …encouraging America to watch it on the history channel?

DEO GRATIAS it was a raging success and now we have the sequel from Mark and Roma, this time the film “Son of G-D”

… also back in 2010 we had Mark Burnett produce ‘Sarah Palin’s Alaska’ with positive cultural themes of family, pioneering spirit, and strong work ethic …

I see all these efforts as contributing to the goal of America’s Cultural Restoration

May the Grace of Divine Providence be shed once again upon America, as Leaders emerge who unapologetically express their faith in Him, acknowledging His vital importance to Constitutional America’s Founding and to weathering this current crisis

    #BeClingers —————————–> #AmericaRISING

  14. I despise rap. But I appreciate the truth. If homosexuals or other deviant people find offense with the lyrics of this song, imagine how outraged they’ll be when they greet eternity in hell (if they don’t repent and accept the Lord).

  15. Scoop thanks twice – for posting this and for posting the lyrics. I also don’t like rap music. But aside from what might be – MIGHT be – a bit of a chip on his shoulder about racism, the message is so good and so correct it makes me smile.

  16. I really admire and respect this, Bizzle. I never listen to rap, but would willingly listen to yours again, Sir. There’s a lot of wisdom in that number.

Keep rapping the word of God brother.

    1. No thanks. I prefer Motown and the R&B artists back in the day. Always found it to be very uplifting. And that’s coming from a led zeppelin fan.

  17. In America it is estimated that only 3 to 5% of the population is homosexual. That leaves around 95% who are not. I realize there have been violent acts against homos in this country and I don’t condone it. It seems the tables have turned. Gay militants are completely off the rails and have absolutely no tolerance. It’s O.K. for them…no one reports it (except here and a few other outlets like the one in the video). The LGBT community should be investigated for this threat and prosecuted. But I won’t hold my breath…I’ll turn blue. Bizzle is O.K. in my book.

  18. I am a lover of just about any kind of music and my score of thousands of songs encompass everything, including rap, Christian, Folk, Gaelic, A-Capella, Gregorian Chant, Country, Rock, Pop, etc…These lyrics are powerful, connective, and brilliantly displayed and played. God bless you and your career, Bizzle.

  19. Bravo!

I was wondering when someone was going to stand up against the parasitic nature of of the LGBT community latching on to the Civil Rights movement.

And his soliloquy about sin was excellent.

  20. A quote from my spiritual grandfather; There is extreme warfare that surrounds the genuine expression of His love in this world. It’s much easier to do, speak, or write something that’s cheap and easy, and hope it might pass off as loving”.

Stand firm. They can’t hurt you while your standing on the Rock.

  21. The intolerant left needs the right to be weakened by demanding tolerance from us.
I have never really considered rap as requiring musical talent, a talent in poetry perhaps, and this is the most poetic of any of the four rap songs I’ve ever been willing to listen to.
I pray for this man safety and that his message goes far and wide.

  22. Macklemore’s a no talent hack, and the fact his music made it more than 10′ past the street corner shows how piss poor the music industry is, now. Quite frankly, I’d like to see a single homo step forward and make an attempt on this guy’s life. I won’t hold my breath. Maybe instead of worrying about a stupid rapper, they could focus more on things like this:

Furthermore, they need to learn the language. Like the average leftist, they think they dictate the meanings of words. No, I’m not “homophobic”, because I don’t like homosexuality. I couldn’t give a frig less about homos; I dislike most people, and they certainly fall under that category. I do exhibit homoMISIA, however. That is a strong aversion and complete dislike for homosexualITY. I don’t like it, I won’t encourage it, and I will speak out against it, but that certainly doesn’t make me afraid of some gay jerk. Their existence doesn’t scare me, they just annoy me, like most other people. If you want to be gay, that’s your problem, not mine. Don’t try forcing me to accept or condone or even tolerate it. I don’t want anything to do with your chosen profession, but while you’re beating your chest and talking about how brave you are for discussing your fetish for gay sex in public, don’t get upset when someone else discusses their aversion and distaste for homosexuality, in the same venue.

Every criticism this guy had for homosexuals is dead on, and DID happen, yet I’ll bet no one addressed that. And does anyone know about how homos were attacking blacks in California (i.e.: Scumland), because of their opposition for Proposition 8?

Try that with me, and I’ll have no problem making you get down on your knees, and suck the barrel of my centerfire Sig P250, chambered in S&W .40 caliber. I do not tolerate threats, from anyone, and do not like being approached. The problem is, Conservatives are content with leaving people alone (contrary to what leftists/libertarians believe and spout); it’s the leftists that have the problem leaving people alone, and accepting the fact that others (such as Conservatives) don’t consult with people like them to form their opinions. Regardless of what they say, gays are all LEFTISTS. Even ones like Tammy Bruce. She condones social liberality, in the form of homosexuality. Leftists, are all racists, at heart, and it always spews forth sooner, or later. Gays have just shown that their lies about tolerance are just as transparent as everything else they do.

  23. Powerful, may God protect Bizzle and his fearless song that speaks God’s truth and not the world’s!
