CNN: White House BULLYING insurance companies to keep quiet about Obamacare problems…

CNN reported last night that the White House is trying to silence insurance companies from discussing Obamacare problems. In other words, they are bullying these CEOs to hide the truth and to keep themselves from looking worse than they already do:

If the Federal Gov’t has the right to TELL the Private Healthcare Industries what to charge their customer…do they not cease to be a “private” enterprise???? Or are they now considered Govt controlled private enterprise???

it is called communism and tyrannical regime…every insurance company should band together and come out against what Obama is doing. the insurance companies will no longer be in the health care coverages. they may continue with home, car and other insurances. they are going to have to stand up and fight. Obama can’t take them all down and if he does it will be another black mark on his presidency.

I called Atena in May hoping to get a private policy for myself before Obamacare kicked in. Atena told me to not bother to get a quote, because all of their policies and premium rates were subject to change in Oct.

The Atena rep said they were waiting on the Federal guidelines from a Federal commission for premium rates. That means private healthcare insurers are boxed in to what they can offer in a policy and what they can charge according to the Federal government!

That is why your private policy is being cancelled. The regulations are forcing the Private Insurers to cancel your insurance.

Yes, I was researching a new job and they stated that the insurance benefits depended upon changes “due to the ACA regulations”.

I shake my head in disbelief….that the citizens are still trying to decide if Obamacare is the culprit. Why does it take the media soooo long to put two and two together!!!

The left wing media, IMO, is either conciously or subconciously hoping for a seat at the table when 0 takes over. They’re in his corner and will do whatever it takes to cover for their hero of the revolution.

And those who disagree- like the ones who dare criticize the Collective Affordable Care Act- will be dealt with summarily.

So what the heck is up with CNN these days? Are they :

1) finally seeing the light (nah, no way),

2) badmouthing ObamaCare as a precursor to Single Payer (hmmm, maybe), or

3) Making the lame duck Obama look bad to set up the White Knight Hillary to ride in and save the day for 2016 (ahhh, bingo).

It probably has more to do with ratings. Fox totally destroys the other cable news operators by staking out the center-right. MSNBC owns the far left loony viewer. Maybe CNN thinks it will do better being more like the competition’s leader in the space rather than chasing a smaller segment of the viewership way way way over to the left.

The objective is not to help provide insurance for everyone. The objective is to destroy the present system and have the federal government take control of the whole health care system. They want misery and chaos.

The government is their biggest customer. The insurance companies have been building their “client list” for 50 years plus. Ever since medicare was enacted, health insurers had continuously increasing customers, a never ending influx of retirees, which I’ve always believed to be the proximate cause of the ever increasing premiums and health care costs. Medicaid added fuel to the fire and with the gov’t picking up the tab, consumers could not be bothered to question charges.
On the other hand, we the taxpayers, who purchased our own insurance and used it responsibly still got stuck with the tab for all of the above.
Brit Hume had a great tweet over on Twitchy. The purpose of 0-care was: Insure the uninsured. The effect so far: Uninsure the insured.

The Insurance needs to come together and expose Obamacare. The fear of government is caving in to dictatorship. Shout it from the housetops and expose this bullying!

Unfortunately, I bet a lot of people’s reactions to this would be, “Good. Those eeevil insurance companies need to be shut up.”
They have the same mindset of Sean Penn who wants conservatives put in mental institutions, the FFRF who want all Christians to shut up and go away ….

So, when is Don Corleone going to make his appearance? Perhaps he’ll be replacing Sibellius soon?

Why replace her? She did his bidding and will continue. Think Eric Holder.

Remember, no matter how many citizens get thrown under the bus or killed on the way to glorious utopia, they’re only glitches.

At this point in time, I wonder who was a bigger and more successful thug; Al Capone or Obama?

Not even close. Capone went to Alcatraz and died before he was 50.

Al Capone was taken down by the IRS. Obama RUNS the IRS.

This is the exact SAME intimidation shown the banks just prior to the collapse. They were forced to lend to “future voters” even though those people would never be able to repay their loans. This bullying is no different and is the last straw when all reason has failed. It’s the mob coming to your home and telling you to shut the you know what up. Mob rule, thugacracy. Completely predictable. I don’t know why this is even news.

Exactly. Notice Anderson Cooper acting like he doesn’t get the same intimidating phone calls.

Anderson Cooper at the end: “so why would the insurance execs be afraid to speak out?”

It’s called RETRIBUTION, Anderson.

The media just can’t wrap their head around that Obama and his loyalists will do anything necessary to fundamentally transform America.

OneThinDime

Right on. Obama calls the regulatory agencies and they go and shut the insurance companies down.

Rshill7

Oh, I don’t know why they’d be afraid Anderson, perhaps you could ask Gibson Guitars, or any number of Patriot Groups who tried to become 501c3 organizations. Ask big donors to Conservative causes. Ask The Koch Brothers. Ask the Military Generals who have been relieved from their former duties. Ask military personnel who are Christians. Ask Chaplains. Ask David Petreus. Ask news people, at Fox and elsewhere.

There are a host of people you can ask Anderson. Ask them. Then observe the non-answer you receive regarding ongoing bullying and intimidation. In other words, perform that which your alleged job description describes.

There weren’t any shakedown artists on Park Avenue where Anderson grew up. He lives in a fairy world where bad people don’t exist and people play nice.

The banks were forced to take TARP $$ whether they needed it or not. This is the same. Let’s see, you will do it our way or the IRS will audit your teeth.
