WOAH: Utah restaurant chain could end up spending additional $330k per year just to comply with Obamacare

Apollo Burger, a Utah restaurant chain, has 83 employees and may have to spend around $4,000 per employee (which ends up being around $330,000 per year) just to be compliant with Obamacare. The owner of the restaurant chain says that would put significant pressure against their margins. Because of this they are trying to think outside the box and come up with a solution where they would partner with other business in some type of collaborative effort to ensure their prices stay down and their employees keep their full time status – all of this to get around the steep cost of complying with Obamacare.

So basically they are having to jump through big hoops just to stay in business.
