Rep. Steve Cohen attacked Giuliani on twitter today over his comments that Obama doesn’t love America. But in doing so he showed just how stupid he really is:

It’s amazing how people like Cohen love to bash the 3/5ths clause of the Constitution as racist. Yet it was one of the very things that kept the southern Democratic states from becoming so powerful that slavery couldn’t be abolished.
