California is one screwed up state and it just got worse as it’s now legal for illegals to get licenses. And that is creating problems for normal residents of the state as wait times at some local DMV offices are now up to 3 months. 3 MONTHS!
That’s insane:

Modesto has the shortest wait—when CBS13 checked on Friday, an appointment was available the following Monday. But if you’re in Woodland, the earliest appointment was on March 3.
