Earlier we posted the video of State Secretary Rex Tillerson saying that the U.S. policy in Syria has NOT changed from before the airstrikes.
Now, here’s what U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley says our policy is:

So… uh.. are we trynna get rid of Assad or no? Tillerson seems like he’s saying we’re not, but Haley appears to be saying that we are.
Let’s make it even more crazy – here it sounds like Haley is convinced Assad will continue doing things that will force the international community to get him out.

So our policy is that the rest of the world will get him out, if he keeps bombing? And what if he doesn’t? Or what if the world does what it always does, and sits on its hands? I can’t make sense of these statements, but it doesn’t matter because if Trump sees pictures of beautiful babies suffering tomorrow, it’ll change 180 degrees anyway…
