Brown family attorney Benjamin Crump pulled about an old race-baiting card out today at the funeral in order to jack up the crowd, playing off the old and continually mistaught 3/5ths clause in the Constitution:
Man, I thought this was a funeral. Crump playing the race card in his demands for justice while Sharpton is talking about public education and military equipment sounds like more of a political rally than a funeral.
And for those of you who don’t understand the 3/5ths clause in the Constitution or you think slavery was built into the Constitution based on this clause, then you should let David Barton educate you a little.
