Glenn Beck to Media Matters: Is that all you got?

Media Matters really has Beck pinned now!!! They’ve found a 2006 ABC interview where Beck seems to have insinuated that Imam Rauf was a peaceful Muslim.

Sure. Sure.

  1. FYI- “Media Matters” WAS CREATED/FOUNDED/SUPPORTED BY NONE OTHER THAN HILLARY CLINTON!!! FACT!!! CHECK IT OUT!!! WHO YOU GONNA’ BELIEVE???
~GOD BLESS AMERICA AND GLENN BECK~

  2. It wasnt his show so why would he have vetted him. In the comment the Iman says some things that would seperate him from the beliefs of the terrorists. Beck takes him at his word.
    So.

  3. you completely missed the point, which was that they based their article on a couple of words and their impression of a knod. I mean, he never even said what they were alledging. And you expect him to take that seriously?

  4. What is most disturbing about this is that Beck – who seems to have serious concerns and issues around Islam in the discussion – apparently didn’t even make an effort to even know whom he was talking about such serious issues with. And now in response, Beck’s associates seem to turn it into a comedy skit. Beck should take this a bit more seriously, and clarify and explain his comments around just how much of the religion is (or isn’t) actually violent in doctrine.

Interestingly, the Imam’s comments around the danger of poltics+religion closely reflect Beck’s discussion last week on the same.

  6. Very true, but you got to remember,Time’s Person of the Year is the person whos made the most news, not always who did the most to better the world a better place.Regardless Rauf and his wife are liars and cheats and hopefully the American people win the day on this one

  7. And Hitler was Time Magazine’s man of the year up unti he started slaughtering millions of people too. You can only go by what people say or do.

  8. LOL, Hilarious. Media Matters hasn’t a shred of integrity left, but they are certainly great comic relief.
