Gowdy OBLITERATES IRS Commissioner’s statement that he’s found no evidence of criminal wrongdoing

Trey Gowdy goes after the IRS Commissioner on two points, first schooling him on the idea of “spoliation of evidence”, meaning that if a defendant destroys email that the jury can infer those emails were bad for the defendant.

Gowdy then proceeds to obliterate the statement made by the Koskinen that he’s found no evidence of criminal wrongdoing, and it’s fantastic.
