Here’s the DUMBEST question from Kayleigh McEnany’s press briefing – [VIDEO]

There was one question from today’s White House press briefing today that was just plain stupid. And it came from NBC’s Peter Alexander (cued up to 13:51):

Here’s what Alexander asked:

“The president did retweet a segment from Rush Limbaugh where Limbaugh suggested that it would be great if Republicans skipped committee hearings on this pick altogether. Does the president want Republicans to skip committee hearings? They’re a co-equal branch of government. Why is he directing them to do anything?”

Is this guy a doofus? It was just a retweet. On Twitter. It wasn’t even a normal tweet where Trump writes something. The president just saw something he liked and retweeted it.

But more importantly it wasn’t an order, a directive or anything even close! There was nothing official about it. It was just a retweet and Trump didn’t spend it to anyone in particular, just everyone. Why on earth would Alexander take something so minimal and accuse the president of trying to violate the separation of powers?

Because he, like so many ‘journalists’, has TDS. Biden gets the softballest of softball questions and Trump gets accused of violating separation of powers over a retweet. This is our media. And they wonder why they are so loathed.
