Here’s why ISIS demanding $200 million ransom from Japan or will behead Japanese captives

ISIS is pure evil, but apparently that’s not the only reason they are demanding $200 million from the Japanese prime minister:

 
So the prime minister vows to contribute $200 million to fight against ISIS, and they respond by demanding $200 million from the prime minister or they behead two Japanese captives.

Of course ISIS is evil, but nobody said they were stupid. By doing this they are telling any and all governments that if they support the war against ISIS like this, they will make them pay for it publicly if nothing else.

They are sending the world a message and this is why we can’t let them win.
