“Just like a bunch of commies!” Mark Levin SLAMS House GOP over possible rule change to PUNISH Boehner dissidents

Mark Levin was livid on Friday when he reported on a proposal by House Republicans to severely punish anyone who votes against Boehner for House Speaker.

This proposal isn’t just about Boehner, but would affect all future House Speaker nominees who are chosen by a majority of the House Republicans when the leadership elections are held in November. Any Republican who subsequently votes in January against the nominee chosen by the establishment in November will be stripped of all committee assignments.

Why are they doing this? To prevent a challenge by House Republicans who are unhappy with the nominee chosen. And this time it’ll be Boehner again. If enough Republicans vote with Democrats to swing the majority toward ‘nay’, then Boehner can’t be speaker. And they are worried that 30 to 40 Republicans are going to do exactly that.

So if they pass this rule change, each Republican who votes no against Boehner will be stripped of all their committee assignments.

Mark Levin said Republicans are acting “just like a bunch of commies” for trying to institute a rule like this to punish Boehner dissidents.
