Mark Levin exposes new pro-amnesty push, says it’s time for a new Republican Party

Mark Levin exposes a new pro-amnesty push in the Republican Party that centers around Illinois and includes Republicans Adam Kinzinger, Aaron Schock, and former House Speaker Dennis Hastert. They are calling for a “clear path to citizenship” for illegals already here and a “fair and efficient on-ramp” for immigrants who want to come here. Of course this push is being sponsored by big business in Illinois.

After exposing this crony-Republican push for amnesty, a disgusted Mark Levin said this:

It is time for a new Republican Party, a vibrant Republican Party; the party that grew out as an anti-slavery party; an anti-segregation party; a pro-individual liberty party’ a pro-free market, private property rights, and most of all a Constitution party. It is time for that party because the existing Republican Party is nothing of the kind!

Which group is immune from being lied to? Understand the concept of whittling and gold digging. In whittling, one removes many a wood chip in search of that finished product. In gold digging one removes tons and tons of dirt in search of gold, but neither the wood whittler not the gold digger goes around looking for the chips or the dirt. They look for the finished sculpture in the wood, and they look for the gold to take out of the dirt. The gold digger looks for the gold to take out of the dirt, and in that ongoing effort, eventually finds gold, casting aside the dirt. The wood whittler finds the hidden sculpture beneath the surface. The fact that they have removed much dirt, and many chips, does not soil them. It only further soils the pile they toss the dirt and chips onto. Don’t confusedly place the… Read more »

There has been a great deal of talk by the chattering classes, including in our favorite place — the “New York Times” — as to whether we are still a democracy or have become an oligarchy. The issue does not lend itself to a partisan divide: both parties are controlled by big business for which they serve as tools and useful idiots. Re amnesty and legalization, it makes sense for the Democrats because in addition to serving their masters in the corporate service sector the votes of the enfranchised Mexicans will make them the permanent majority party and turn America into an unrecognizable One-Party State, breeding tyranny and corruption, like Mexico’s PRI. But for the moronic and suicidal Republicans, while it serves the desires of THEIR corporate masters it is a political disaster. They will cease to be more than a regional Party and will never be able to contest… Read more »

Levin nailed this. Illinois has no crops that are by and large picked by hand. Illinois is miles and miles of soy and corn. When you get outside of Chicago you see almost no minorities and most of what you do see are Indian.

All of this is crony capitalism designed to undermine YOU the working man. Vote these guys out…and Levin is right. we need a new party.

WE THE PEOPLE are not in favor of AMNESTY or REFORM – WE WANT ENFORCEMENT. Immigration laws worked – they weren’t broken, they don’t need fixing, they need enforcement!!!! PERIOD!!!! IMPEACH ALL ILLEGALS. If Corporate America paid at least minimum wage for jobs, like farming, then the immigrants would no longer be needed, but regardless, AMERICA NEEDS NO ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS sponging off WE THE PEOPLES money. DON’T WANT THEM, DON’T NEED THEM AND WILL NEVER PAY FOR THEM. DEPORT THEM ALL.

Illinois is a pit and getting worse everyday on many levels. That “the push centers around Illinois” doesn’t surprise me one bit. It’s all about money and votes. Look at Kirk (R-Senate-IL) – he’s joined at the hip with Durbin. He forgot who he is representing here. (Too bad he’s not up this year too). We need to get rid of these fools/fossils. BTW – NO AMNESTY!

So sick and tired of fighting against the same people who keep on slapping people like me for following the laws they claim are broken- yet send me letters begging for money to help them “fix” what’s wrong in Washington.

I don’t send them money. I send what money I can to the candidates who show they know and care more about the Constitution than 3/4 of the Republicans in Washington do.

The repub party is too far gone to reform it. The only way to have a true Constitutional party is for those patriots in the repub party to leave and start a new party.

The truth of that was touched on by Mr. Levin – there were a number of supposedly conservative, Tea Party representatives who went to D.C., but they were quickly neutralized by the overwhelming power of the RINO establishment.

Here’s an easy prediction to make. The diversion of water away from farmers in the Central Valley of California will result in less fresh produce and higher prices at the store. But Democrats and RINOs will pounce on this as “proof” of a shortage of workers to harvest the crops. Never mind that there were no crops to pick in the first place due to no water. That won’t stop them from claiming the country needs more immigrants to solve the problem. That’s because they think their voters are gullible. And why shouldn’t they? They fooled them into voting them into office.

If SCOTUS begins another move to legislate from the bench and grant illegal immigrants a pathway to citizenship with voting rights, then it’s time to revolt.

People who want to immigrate legally to America often spend 5 plus years waiting. These people take civic courses on American history and must learn English which then they are tested on.

No illegal should be given the right to vote based on breaking our immigration laws – NEVER PERIOD

They will and the case will be expedited. Cruz knows this which is why he is “legalization” instead of “pathway to citizenship”.

Without a direct statement and action, he will not receive my support.

Big Business actually wants to make products in the USA. Not for the right reason. Amnesty all the illegals so not only will their wages be low but in fact it lowers wages for every American. It is all about votes and pay-off’s in one form or another. We have minimum wage laws. We have plenty of unemployed as well. So I don’t see how so called big business would spend their $ on welfare imports. They would do better with more engineers from India, etc. Democrat politicians need illegal alien voters and all the better if the illegals become legal as far as they are concerned. That is a double bonus, welfare recipients are mostly democrat voters

This idea that all illegals have to be given citizenship to come out of the “shadows” is beyond stupid and will destroy the country. The GOP Bush establishment care they
claim they care more when all they want is crony capitalist chamber
of commerce cash for temporary cheap labor. The GOP establishment is
dying to give the Democrats 15-20 million new voters. Their “cheap labor” will be short lived as the Left would be in the courts in minutes demanding “equal rights’ protection for “second class citizens”.

If the GOP was actually interested in expanding the party then fighting amnesty is a winner. You can become the defender of the working poor, legal Hispanic immigrants who lose their jobs to illegal workers and defend black men who have a 15% unemployment rate.

I hope the Pubs know what they’re doing on this issue, but I have my doubts.

There are way more than 12 million in the so-called shadows, more like 35/40 million illegal aliens hiding out, from coast to coast. IMO, amnesty will not only destroy the GOP, but America, forever. Because, if you can’t control the borders, then without a voter ID, how are they going to control who votes…:

Call them all out Mark. Let’s start with Trey Gowdy shall we. He heads the amnesty committee. And let’s not forget Ted Cruz and Mike Lee that want to increase H1B visas by 400% and were called out by Engineers.

Conservator1
Guest
Conservator1

I may be wrong, but I believe Levin is quite supportive towards both Cruz and Lee. I have a problem with supporters of amnesty, especially anyone who supports a pathway to citizenship. The right to vote in America can not be given to anyone who broke our laws by entering our nation illegally,

Many may disagree with me, but I don’t have a problem with increasin increasing H1B visas which employers must apply for with the potential immigrant. It’s also a way to get more healthcare providers like doctors which America needs.

“The US H1B visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows US companies to employ foreign workers in specialty occupations that require theoretical or technical expertise in specialized fields such as in architecture, engineering, mathematics, science, and medicine. Under the visa a US company can employ a foreign worker for up to six years…”

http://www.workpermit.com/us/us_h1b.htm

OneThinDime
Guest
OneThinDime

My disagreement with increasing H1B visas is that it put Americans who have invested in their education and earned those higher paying jobs out of work. I see it a lot, large companies “restructure” to let Americans go and bring in immigrants on a visa at a lower rate of pay. That harms America. I for one want an American doctor not a Muslim or Indian one. We can have more American doctors if more scholarships were made available, particularly for those returning to medical school after being in the workforce to pay off their undergrad loans.

Conservator1
Guest
Conservator1

As I stated, I know many would disagree with me. Regarding doctors, we won’t have enough and far fewer grads are choosing to seek a MD or DO degree which is ominous for future decades. But to defend my position, H1B visas are a non-immigrant visa, they have a maximum time to work in America (6 years as I recall) and at a minimum, you need to have a BS degree. Regarding what physician you choose, I have no problem if anyone just wants to have Americans doctors. The problem across America, is many people never see doctor anymore due to the shortage of them, especially primary care docs. Today, in many places in America, you’re more likely to be treated by an Physician Assistant or a Nurse Practitioner. Many are competent to managed even the most serious illnesses. I worked with one PA who was a neurosurgeon and was… Read more »

You have a lot of very valid points. Politicians have enabled the practice of medicine by other than physicians which is very dangerous. And now you can be diagnosed and treated at the local Target store.

So sorry to hear about the health insurance premium impacts. If we can ever get our case filed, perhaps it will help. With the ever changing law (with Congress complicit in their nonaction) we spend more time re-writing than filing. Unfortunately it will take years to get to the feet of SCOTUS.

Cruz offered several amendments that were designed to expose democrat hypocrisy or chip away at the amnesty coalition. He’s one of the only senators that did that.

OneThinDime

Cruz was clear on his statement on Obamacare, Black unemployment, Hispanic unemployment, youth unemployment. He also says that “amnesty” is unfair to legal immigrants and then citizens. Minority groups first. He has also been on Twitter stating he stands with immigrants and will push for more immigrants coming to America. He ALWAYS puts immigrants before citizens and that tells me where his loyalty truly stands.
Might you have one link where Cruz says he supports deportation of the illegal aliens in the US? I cannot seem to find one. That tells me he supports legalization which he knows the SCOTUS will turn to citizenship once the ACLU sues.

Show me a quote where Obama says he wants abortions. You can’t because he doesn’t use the word for the same reason Cruz doesn’t run around saying deport deport. It’s smart politics. When Cruz says the rule of law matters he is implying support for deportation in the same way as when Obama says he supports women’s ‘reproductive rights’ he is endorsing abortion.

“We’re a nation of immigrants, we need to celebrate that, but at the same time, rule of law matters,” Cruz said Monday on CNN’s “The Lead.”

Obama’s votes clearly show his position on abortion. Just to clarify, Roe v. Wade is case law that permits a woman the right to choose. Legalization and amnesty are NOT the rule of law so the two are not comparable. From The Right Scoop – visas to illegal aliens. http://immigrationnewstoday.com/sen-ted-cruz-also-supports-temporary-legalization-status-in-the From the Washington Examiner – “Two other Cruz amendments would have increased the number of high-skilled temporary workers and the number of total immigrants allowed into this country legally each year. “I am an unapologetic advocate of legal immigration,” We have 50 million people on food stamps and over 20 million unemployed. He deleted his “I stand with immigrants” tweet. And from the Washington Examiner Reagan amnesty #2: “Cruz offered an amendment that would have created a three-year period, during which security would be increased, before the estimated 11 million currently-illegal immigrants could apply for legal status.” http://washingtonexaminer.com/byron-york-ted-cruz-opens-up-on-immigration/article/2530773 That is… Read more »

http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/immigration/item/17963-obama-administration-releases-68-000-illegal-immigrant-criminals

Quote from the story:

“Democrats have unquestionably led the charge on weakening enforcement of our immigration laws, but it is not difficult to find examples of Republican support for what is effectively amnesty for illegal immigrants. On January 30, The Hill reported that Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) blasted his Republican colleagues in the House for crafting an immigration plan that he denounced as “amnesty.”

“I think it would be a mistake if House Republicans were to support amnesty for those here illegally,” he said when asked about a proposal to be included in the House Republicans’ immigration principles statement.

“In my view we need to secure the borders, we need to stop illegal immigration,” Cruz said during a Bloomberg News breakfast. “And we need to improve and streamline legal immigration.”

OneThinDime
Guest
OneThinDime

Visas to illegal aliens and 3 years to “legalization” is amnesty. Rule of law is deportation. They have entered and remained in our country illegally. Being in our schools, receiving medical treatment and welfare are also illegal (felonies actually). Failure to file tax returns and pay federal and states taxes are also felonies. But it’s okay with Ted Cruz because Reagan did it to gain votes. You and I would be in prison for 5-20 years if we failed to file tax returns. Illegal aliens will be given a free pass and amnesty at 20 times the rate Reagan did by none other than Ted Cruz, the newest US Senate millionaire.

Remember Reagan’s promise of one and done and it will forever halt illegal immigration? The year following 800,000 illegal aliens entered the US and Reagan NEVER deported them.

OneThinDime
Guest
OneThinDime

And now there is this: “Asked about what to do with the people here illegally, however, he stressed that he had never tried to undo the goal of allowing them to stay.

“The amendment that I introduced removed the path to citizenship, but it did not change the underlying work permit from the Gang of Eight,” he said during a recent visit to El Paso. Mr. Cruz also noted that he had not called for deportation or, as Mitt Romney famously advocated, self-deportation.”
