Ted Cruz dropped some knowledge on 2020 Democratic candidate Pete Buttigieg after he told school kids in a video today that “the people who wrote the Constitution did not understand that slavery was a bad thing.”:

Ted Cruz actually quotes from “the people who wrote the Constitution” to show that Buttigieg has no clue about what he’s talking about, starting with John Adams:

And the list could go on and on. These men were brilliant, especially by today’s dumbed down standards. For Buttigieg to suggest they didn’t know that slavery was bad or that they didn’t respect civil rights is preposterous and it just shows how much of an idiot he really is.
But hey Trump didn’t say these things, so the media will just ignore it and keep pretending that Buttigieg and all of the other 2020 Democratic contenders are super intelligent, just like they did with Obama.
