Carney says they’ve been working with the government of Nigeria in their battle against Boko Haram? Really? Boko Haram has been all but running wild over the last several years with little resistance. They continue to slaughter hundreds of Christians almost every week and Carney wants us to believe that the US has been trying to help Nigeria with this?
