Obama blames ‘powerful weapons’ in statement about Dallas police shootings

In a short statement about the horrific police ambush and shootings last night in Dallas, Obama took a moment to say that ‘powerful weapons’ are part of the problem:

USA TODAY – As he did earlier Friday, Obama called on Americans to do more to address police-involved shootings and violence in the criminal justice system. And he also suggested that lax gun laws also played a role:

“We also know that when people are armed with powerful weapons, it makes shootings like this more deadly and more tragic,” he said.

What a pathetic puke. We now know that one of the shooters wanted to kill white cops because he was angry about the recent shootings of black men in the news.

The problem isn’t guns, the problem is Obama and his legion of forces that have amped up black people with false narratives that people are out to kill them.

This tweet by a police union has been deleted, but it powerfully conveys what police feel the problem is, and it isn’t powerful weapons:
