Obama did his best impersonation of a president who cares today, telling people that he’s working for them everyday. But he also warned them not to pay attention to the phony scandals in the news, because that stuff is just fabricated to gin up the base for the next election. It’s not real news and “it’s not on the level”.
Of course he also threw out, as an excuse for the fact that he’s not getting much done, that the Republican Party only opposes him because they are racists or something.
