Over the weekend a horrible accident took the lives of four Americans at a parade when a drunken driver rammed into a crowd. It’s tragic and awful, but it was also an occasion for some dumbass liberal to actually blame guns somehow!!
This was the headline from the Traverse City Record Eagle:
I mean how delusional do you have to be, how obsessed with gun control are you, that you literally blame guns in a tragic accident where guns played absolutely no role whatsoever??! It’s incredible.
They have a Twitter account where they don’t address the idiotic headline at all, but there was a tiny correction on their website that you had to go look for:
Because of a page designer’s error, a misleading headline appeared on page 3A in Sunday’s Record-Eagle accompanying a story about a driver who struck and killed four people at the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade on Saturday.
A page designer’s error?? How did a page designer change “drunk driver” to “shooter”? Riiiiight, we believe you, sure!!!
