REPORT: Four terrorists were arrested crossing the border a day before 9/11

According to Jason Chaffetz yesterday, four terrorists crossed our southern border and were subsequently arrested the day before 9/11. What’s stunning is how dismissive of it that Secretary Jeh Johnson is about it, claiming he didn’t know much about it:
