The Weather Channel’s Paul Goodie was filmed in a poignant moment when he noticed a battered American flag among the ruin caused by Hurricane Harvey.

Some are saying the hurricane is among the worst in 500 years. So far there are 5 deaths attributed to the storm. Houston’s mayor is defending the decision not to evacuate earlier, now that emergency evacuations have begun.
