Ted Cruz has no fear! Yesterday he went into the lion’s den with Jorge Ramos for at least 18 minutes and refused to allow Ramos to get the gotcha moment he so wanted to get. They began the interview talking about the gay marriage ruling by the Supreme Court where Ramos continually tried to make Cruz’s disagreement with the decision about some personal animosity for gays. But Cruz refused to go there, making the case that the decision was unconstitutional in that it took the decision of marriage away from the states.
But then it turned to illegal immigration where Ramos accused Cruz of not fighting for immigrants because he doesn’t support a path to citizenship for illegals. Cruz then lowered the boom on Ramos in this short clip I’ve captured:
