Ted Cruz talked to Rush Limbaugh shortly after his filibuster was over and you can listen below:

Going back a little bit to the democrats when they got their panties in a wad over Palin’s map w/targets on it. I’d like to give the RINOs the same chance to wet their panties – put a target square on the forehead of every phony repub. who votes w/ Harry Reid.

The media were blaming Cruz for not bringing up his plans at the Thursday lunch meeting which Ted says is actually on Tuesday. No matter, he brought 0care to public attention, hopefully more people wake up.

I wish RUSH would have called out rovey (the LYING little bald wheazlel) for purposely saying Cruz and Lee kept the goper’s leadership in the dark about their plan.

It is so refreshing to hear the #CruzMissile speak freely, consistently … using clear and unequivocal language

unfettered to Cronies

not bound by ‘deals’
from the Constitution-loving heart
on behalf of WE The People
always ….

roaming free … seeking which rino/lefty he may devour … **__**

Cruz explained on Rush that the cloture vote that is important is coming up Friday or Saturday. I see some confusion on several sites that Cruz voted for the cloture that would stop debate and allow Harry Reid to strip the Continuing Resolution that would defund Obamacare. That is not the case, he voted yes to open the debate on the bill. I hope that someone who has access to Redstate and other sites can clear this up for the confused out there who didn’t listen to Rush Limbaugh today.

Third-Party time. I see no way out of this morass with what we currently have.

Especially after listening to McCain whine about total bull on Nazis and WW II. My dad enlisted to fight the day after Japan bombed Pearl Harbor and if was alive, he would be supporting Cruz and company.

I don’t agree yet. I think the Tea Partiers and the Conservatives just have to come out and steam roll over the RINOS, and I believe the Independants will follow the Conservatives.

Senator Cruz noted at about the 9:30 mark that many repubs want a “show vote” on issues to make them look good at home. Those who fall into that category have to be congenital idiots. If they’ve never heard of the internet, they’re spending too much time pickling themselves at D.C. martini lunches and bourbon dinners.

Hypocrites, you may “win” your legislative victories, but when the nation explodes from your destructive assaults, you will also be dragged down. Guaranteed. You will richly deserve it.

I’ve been saying for several years that my prayer (literally!) for obama is Psalm 109, verses 6 through 20. I’m now serving notice that I will include BY NAME in this prayer every single politician who votes for obamacare at any time, under any guise, no matter what the excuse.

It goes without saying that I will never vote for or support in any way any of these traitors.

The repubs you talk about have, like the dems a long time before them, worked out that the low info voter outnumbers the political nerds (which, let’s be honest, we who post on this site and others are) by some margin. Sure, we can be relied on to vote, whereas the numbskull may or may not, depending on who is on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ that day but even still, the moron vote is a richer vein to mine than the informed voter hands down. At least this is how it is in the UK. And from here it looks this way on your side of the pond as well. We in the UK have a PM that works to this formula. He talks tough on the EU but in all his actions he furthers the EU superstate, bows to their every demand and stifles debate in the commons. Why?… Read more »

You are correct up to a point. These clowns always over-reach. That’s when they get voted out. We’ve had some decent success chipping away at the entrenched, ossified seat-holders.

But it’s like bailing the boat and fixing the leaks at the same time.

I see it like the Three Stooges skit where they’re sitting in a leaking boat and Curly grabs a drill and says, “Oooo! A water-letter-outer!” How I could ever mistake our great leaders for the Stooges I’ll never know.

With all it’s problems, I prefer living in a Constitutional Republic. Where would the UK and the EU be without America’s help?

I heard his interview and they need to keep asking the GOP why they exempted themselves from Obamacare then.

Tired of sitting around and hoping for the desired outcome? Besides praying, call your senator! Compliments of Tea Party Patriots – here is a list of all Senators.

It was a great interview and Cruz did a great job. He sounded very tired so I hope he gets some well deserved rest.

The Senate, with a few very notable exceptions, is a vampire bat incising and slurping up the blood of the American people (figuratively speaking, of course). They will not leave their meal of power willingly. We are nothing but food (figuratively speaking) for those vampires.

Cruz is such a genuine man. Houstonians are going to meet him at the airport when he arrives back home. He deserves a Super Bowl style reception.

If that happens, the msm will never cover it. I hope it makes you tube anyway. He deserves a ticker tape parade in front of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

Ask Glenn Beck and The Blaze to cover it

They aren’t quite at the point of covering “current” current events. Give them a little more time. (They don’t handle “breaking” news at all.)

But a day after the parade, they might do a story on it.

I hope they get to where they start anticipating a little more. They totally missed the bikers ride to DC last week (week before?), even with ample warning it would be big.

and what a disgusting thing to do….knife in the back of a solid conservative. I heard Rove try to defend this skullduggery and it was nauseating….

how much more economic damage
must be caused by Obamacare
before it is finally repealed?

That’s a huge list. I noticed there were a lot of blue states with public businesses on there, what hypocrites.
I don’t look for this thing to get repealed unless and until we have a true conservative president and a congress that doesn’t stab conservatives in the back for living up to the very principles they are suppose to uphold.

Rightstuff1

Same as for social security, medicare blah blah blah. When has a lousy Govt program ever been repealed?

This is an economic bullet to the head of the US economy. We will not long survive this calamity. It will collapse us. We are approaching collapse already. We are unable to pay our way today this just makes the drowning man embrace a boat anchor…..

It’s part of 0’s Alinskyite plan to crash the economy. Along with the billions and billions they’re printing and borrowing, of course.
