‘The system WORKED!’ – Former ICE director blames San Francisco policy for illegal alien murder

Jake Tapper put it to former Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director John Torres very bluntly – did San Francisco’s “Sanctuary City” policy cost Kathryn Steinle her life?

Probably the worst thing the guy could have said was “the system worked” and that’s exactly what he said. Uhh, a girl is dead, I don’t think that’s how the system is supposed to work. As he passed the buck to the San Francisco sheriff, who then passed the buck onto the city council, and off to the feds!!
