This morning Trey Gowdy grilled Brennan on whether he collected evidence of collusion between Trump and Russia when he was the director of the CIA.

While Brennan refuses to use the word evidence, Gowdy tries to pin him to the wall on what he actually collected. Brennan steered clear of describing his evidence with any specificity, but from what he did say it sounds like that he didn’t see any evidence of collusion at all, but rather communications that they thought would need further investigation.
As Gowdy points out, this is important because some Democrats are playing fast and loose with the word ‘evidence’ and it appears that thus far there really is no evidence of any collusion.
