This morning Trump took to Twitter to respond to McCabe’s 60 minutes interview:
Wow, so many lies by now disgraced acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe. He was fired for lying, and now his story gets even more deranged. He and Rod Rosenstein, who was hired by Jeff Sessions (another beauty), look like they were planning a very illegal act, and got caught………There is a lot of explaining to do to the millions of people who had just elected a president who they really like and who has done a great job for them with the Military, Vets, Economy and so much more. This was the illegal and treasonous “insurance policy” in full action!

On Face The Nation yesterday Lindsey Graham vowed an investigation into the coup attempt mentioned by McCabe:
Prior to the airing of McCabe’s interview, Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-South Carolina, said Sunday he planned to conduct a Senate investigation into what he characterized as “an attempted bureaucratic coup.”
“We’re going to find out what happened here and the only way I know to find out is to call the people in under oath and find out, through questioning, who’s telling the truth because the underlying accusation is beyond stunning,” Graham said on CBS’ “Face the Nation.”
Graham, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, added that he would subpoena McCabe and Rosenstein if they did not agree to testify voluntarily.
Honestly I didn’t get to see the 60 minutes interview last night. But from what I hear it was a slobberfest:
I expected this to be bad. But this was downright embarrassing @60Minutes

No questions on McCabe's criminal investigation?
No questions on the "Insurance Policy"?
No questions on criminal leak investigation into Baker?
No questions on role of Strzok/Page - Ohr?
Pathetic. https://t.co/yjAgAeQECe
