Trump is now pretending the Republican Party is united behind him.
He told a crowd tonight in Denver that “you knew the party was united” when they booed Ted Cruz off the convention stage:

Trump had his own henchmen out there encouraging the booing, and he wants to now say that was the moment when the party was united?
Go ahead Trump, pretend the party is united. And when you get your butt handed to you on election day, don’t go blaming Cruz or anyone else. You’re a nasty liar and, quite frankly, you suck as a candidate. You only have yourself to blame for the disunity in the Republican Party.
