Today’s open thread is a lesson on why you should keep a gun in your car whenever you travel, whether you are going to the grocery store or the gas station:
The nice thing is you don’t need a concealed carry permit to carry a gun, so you can keep one with you in your car for self-defense, depending on your state.
Of course this guy should have had his other door locked. If I had been in that situation with my other door unlocked, that might have been bad as I normally keep my gun in the other seat.
So really, this is a better argument for having a concealed carry license and having a gun on your person.
