The Trump campaign is just on a one-way train to abject absurdity, and unfortunately it’s dragging the entire country with it. The latest came from Scottie Nell Hughes who defended Trump’s stupid statement on abortion yesterday by actually blaming the prolife movement.
It’s really unbelievable:
I don’t even know where to begin with this stupidity. Do we laugh or mock or scorn? Can we do all at once?
It is clear to anyone that saw Trump flail around like a toupee’d trout out of water when asked about the specifics on his supposed “prolife position” yesterday that he has absolutely no idea what he’s talking about. But Scottie has to defend the wannabe emperor, so she throws the entire prolife movement under the bus. It is the most intellectually dishonest thing to say that prolifers are as muddled about this issue as Trump. Especially when nearly every prolife leader came out to deny Trump’s position. But that’s the kind of idiocy you have to indulge in when you defend a doofus like Donald Trump, and Scottie Hughes is just the shameless hack to do it.
Don’t miss the smug idiocy on her face when she finishes blaming prolifers, I would say it’s priceless, but it’s clear she can bought off easily.
