A Louisiana police officer posted this video on his Facebook upset that the people at the Red Cross told him to stop praying with people at their shelter.

I do have one bone to pick – if it’s a shelter being offered by the Red Cross, a private agency, you don’t have Constitutional rights to do whatever you want in their space. It’s not against the First Amendment, because it’s their space. I think it’s awful that they would tell him to stop praying with the flood victims, but technically it’s not a Constitutional freedom of speech or freedom of religion issue.
