VIRAL video: Louisiana police officer says Red Cross told him to STOP PRAYING with flood victims

A Louisiana police officer posted this video on his Facebook upset that the people at the Red Cross told him to stop praying with people at their shelter.

The video has gone viral with more than 500k views.

I do have one bone to pick – if it’s a shelter being offered by the Red Cross, a private agency, you don’t have Constitutional rights to do whatever you want in their space. It’s not against the First Amendment, because it’s their space. I think it’s awful that they would tell him to stop praying with the flood victims, but technically it’s not a Constitutional freedom of speech or freedom of religion issue.
