Al Franken was asked directly in a local interview with WCCO by a female journalist if he’s ever placed his hand on a woman’s butt. His answer is amazing.

Here’s his answer that I found amazing:
“I can’t say that hasn’t happened. I take thousands and thousands of pictures, sometimes in crowded and chaotic situations. I can’t say I haven’t done that.”
Franken can’t say it hasn’t happened because he knows it has happened! That’s what he’s really admitting here.
But notice he’s also trying to suggest it may have happened by accident, in ‘crowded and chaotic’ situations. How ridiculous! Have any of you ever been in a crowded and chaotic situation and accidentally grabbed a woman’s butt?
If you grab a woman’s butt, you do it on purpose and for a specific reason. It doesn’t happen by accident. Just how dumb does Franken think we are?
You should watch the whole interview. The host really grills him on the issue. What I find contemptuous is that Franken keeps saying that he has a “different recollection” of the allegations, which really means his apologies are hollow and he’s only admitting enough to hang on to his power. After all, if he goes all in and admits to all of this like he should, he will be pressured to resign.
