When Comey met with Trump to tell him about the unverified dossier which included a report of ‘pee tapes’, Comey admits he didn’t bother telling Trump that the dossier was funded by his political enemies:
STEPHANOPOULOS: Did you tell him that the Steele dossier had been financed by his political opponents?
COMEY: No. I didn’t…
STEPHANOPOULOS: But did he have a right to know that?
COMEY: That it had been financed by his political opponents? I don't know the answer to that.

He doesn’t know the answer to whether Trump was entitled to knowing the dossier was funded by Hillary and the DNC? How is that not completely clear. Of course he had a right to know it, just as we had a right. Ugh, what a hack.
Also, the media are getting all hot and bothered this morning over the fact that Comey said it’s possible the ‘pee tapes’ are real. But what he really said is that he DOESN’T KNOW if they are real, and only conjectured that it’s possible.
Here’s the full exchange:
As Ben Shapiro points out mockingly, Comey is just trying to sell books:
He’s not trying to sell books or anything. He’s just a dogged pursuer of the truth. https://t.co/zcedSRhnof

He also said this which made me LOL:
Comey’s really got a top notch scam going here. He cost Hillary the election and now he’s getting all her voters to fawn over him. Pretty wild.
