Katie Arrington, who was seriously injured in a major car accident a few weeks ago, explained on Fox News this morning what happened that led to the accident and described how much she was praying after it happened.

I’ve actually been in a car accident before where I had to taken to the hospital in an ambulance. I was momentarily knocked unconscious when my face came in contact with the windshield on the passenger side of the vehicle. Of course I was wearing no seatbelt and this was before airbags were mandatory in every car. I suffered a broken hip, sprained ankle, and had a lot of glass in my face. But otherwise I did well.
What happened to Arrington sounds a lot worse and she’s really lucky to be alive, especially considering the drunk driver died in the crash.
I’m very glad to find out that Arrington is a Christian (and Catholic!) and wish her (and her friend) the best during the remainder of their recoveries.
