Ted Cruz took a turn today grilling Sally Yates on her decision to overrule the Office of Legal Counsel and refuse to defend Trump’s immigration EO on the basis that it was unconstitutional.

Once again she really doesn’t have a leg to stand on, as Cruz not only reads the statute she ignored, but points out that what she did was unprecedented in the history of the DOJ.
I also liked how he got that quip in at the very end about her being a partisan hack, which after this is clearly the case.
