Trump was asked today in a mini-press conference with reporters if he was going to leave Jim Acosta in the ‘penalty box’.
This is how he replied:
“I don’t think he’s a smart person but he’s got a loud voice,” Trump says, calling Jim Acosta “a very unprofessional man,” adding he also thinks April Ryan is “very nasty” pic.twitter.com/R3897NRwrm

In short, Trump said he hasn’t made that decision yet. But he went on to chastise Acosta for not respecting the office of the president or the White House and hammered him for how he treats WH Press Secretary Sarah Sanders.
He also called out PBS White House reporter April Ryan for her treatment of Sanders, saying she’s a “loser” and “doesn’t know what the hell she’s doing”. Trump also called her ‘nasty’ and suggests she acts the way she does for publicity, and then gets a contract with CNN.
Trump did say in his answer regarding Acosta that “there could be others”, which means he’s putting all of them on notice, but specifically April Ryan. If she doesn’t change her ways, she’ll be next.
Which means she’ll probably go crazy now and then if the White House bans her, she’ll wear it with a badge of honor or something.
Despite Trump’s war with ‘fake news’, you have to admit that the Trump White House has been very tolerating of reporters like Acosta and Ryan for the past two years. They continue to get called on by Trump and Sanders on a regular basis and only until Acosta showed his ass did he get banned. And he absolutely deserved it. He’s lucky Trump didn’t have White House officials drag him out of that press conference like a leftist from the Wisconsin capital.
