Trump was asked in his interview with ABC News if he would use waterboarding on radical Islamic detainees. The short answer is he’s going to listen to his people, but if they want to use it, then yes, he’ll make that happen:

Trump uses the rationale that if ISIS and others are cutting off the heads of our people and people in the Middle East just because they are Christian, then he doesn’t have a problem using waterboarding.
He also explained that he went to the intelligence leaders within the last 24 hours and asked them point blank if torture works. He said they responded that it absolutely works.
