Somebody is posting stickers with the Gadsden flag design but with a gay rainbow and the message, “shoot back” all over West Hollywood in California.
Of course, people are offended:
I don’t see what the big deal is, but some people just want to be offended by everything.
In the wake of the Orlando shootings, a rainbow-colored sign with the hashtag “#shootback” has been popping up this week around West Hollywood.
The posters feature a coiled, ready-to-strike rattlesnake, similar to the yellow Gadsden flag that reads “Don’t tread on me.”
The images are in the process of being removed, but FOX 11 reporter Christine O’Donnell managed to find several still posted on Thursday afternoon.
The signs have appeared on electrical boxes, light poles and other fixtures in the area.
