Last night in what seems to be a stunning admission, the White House said we are not at war with ISIS.
White House spokesman Josh Earnest was asked by MSNBC host Chris Hayes if we are at war with ISIS, and Earnest quickly replied ‘No’. He went on to regurgitate Obama’s original plan of limited airstrikes to help the Yazidis and protect Americans in Erbil.
So to sum up, we have no strategy to deal with ISIS and we are not at war with ISIS.
But according to our Secretary of Defense, ISIS is the most brutal, barbaric force we’ve ever seen and that we must prepare for everything because ISIS, again, is beyond anything we’ve seen before:
Yep, this is gonna end well.
