So now we know that the portion of Omarosa’s book detailing how she was fired was very accurate – because she taped John Kelly in the meeting, and she’s now dropped that audio.
Omarosa just said on Meet the Press that she recorded John Kelly in the Situation Room. (They are playing the tape.)

Unbelievable.
Here’s more from her Meet the Press interview:

No wonder Trump called her a lowlife yesterday.
UPDATE: The GOP posted this response to Omarosa’s recording with the title saying that the panel “ridicules” her for the recording. But that’s not really accurate – they’re just shocked at this development:
I just don’t see how anyone can criticize Omarosa without seeing this as an incredibly bad decision by Trump to bring her into the White House after literally years of seeing her backstab people on television. Oh well. #MAGA!!
UPDATE:
The GOP chairwoman says Omarosa needs to be prosecuted if she broke the law:
Secretly recording conversations in the Situation Room isn't just wildly inappropriate, it's a threat to our national security. If she broke federal law, she should be prosecuted.
— Ronna McDaniel (@GOPChairwoman) August 12, 2018
I don’t see how you could do what she did and not break the law. But what does that say about security at the White House? It says #MAGA that’s what!!!
