Either Senator Al Franken is a complete moron or they’re so confident that they have this election in the bag that he isn’t even trying to defend Clinton’s newly discovered Qatar shenanigans.

I’m not even sure what his answer is the question – it has something to do with Qatar being an important country and his performing in the ISO in nearby countries. What they’re talking about is the revelation that the country of Qatar gave Bill Clinton a million dollar birthday gift through the Clinton Foundation. I really wonder if they’re so sure they’re winning that they don’t even care to try to defend her anymore.
Earlier in the interview he said that Comey would be brought before Congress to answer for the announcement that hurt Hillary in the election:
